Step 1. Site visit and quotation

The first step involves contacting us. We will then arrange a suitable time to visit to scope your bathroom and provide a quote.

Step 2. Detailed design - Select fixtures and finishes

At the time of quoting, we select the fixtures and fittings that we feel suit your budget and needs, and it’s at this stage they can be finalised and ordered. If you need help choosing, we can arrange for you to go to one of the bathroom showrooms that we work with and meet with one of their consultants to go through the options available.

Step 3 - Bathroom installation

This is when things really happen. Our in-house project management and bathroom installation team arrive and start your bathroom renovation. We keep in constant contact with you through the whole process, keeping you fully informed of everything that is happening on site.

Step 4 - Handover and follow-up

The handover is completed once we carry out our final inspection and provide you with the care manual for your bathroom. This does not end our contact with you as we like to keep in touch to make sure you are satisfied with your fully renovated bathroom.
